The annual production of peanut oil in the world is about 5.2 million tons, and the annual production of peanut oil in China from 2002 to 2005 is 2.2 to 2.3 million tons, and China accounts for nearly 40%. In the same period, China's annual consumption of peanut oil was 1.85 to 1.9 million tons. By the numbers, China is the world's largest consumer of peanut oil. Chinese peanut oil is mostly produced by physical pressing process, which can ensure the natural quality of peanut oil and the unique strong flavor of peanut oil, which is fully in line with the Chinese people's advocation of natural and green quality of food.
