Usage instructions
- Boiling peanuts: Soak the peanuts for 10 minutes, wash them thoroughly, make small openings, and then boil them in water for 30 minutes. Add salt and seasonings, let them soak until cool.
- Roasting peanuts: Spread the peanuts on a baking tray, bake at 150℃ for 20 minutes, turn them over and bake for another 5 minutes. Finally, let them marinate for 5-10 minutes, then cool down and they will be crispy and delicious.
- Marinating peanuts: Wash the peanuts, make small cuts, add star anise, cinnamon, dried chili peppers and other seasonings, and cook them in water for half an hour. After turning off the heat, let them soak.
