Fresh Walnut Kernels With Full Texture

High-quality raw walnuts selected from core walnut producing areas in China, including raw natural walnut kernels, roasted walnut kernels and in-shell walnuts. Kernels feature natural pale yellow color and thick flesh, free of rancid nuts, empty kernels, worm damage, dark spots and moldy pieces. All physical processing without sulfur fumigation, bleaching, preservatives, flavors or artificial pigments. Strict control over moisture and peroxide value enhances oxidation resistance to prevent darkening and oil rancidity, suitable for long-distance container sea freight and long-term storage.

Raw materials come from highland walnut planting regions in China. Suitable altitude, sufficient sunshine and large temperature difference help walnuts accumulate unsaturated fatty acids, delivering rich mellow nutty taste. Walnuts are harvested after full natural ripeness. Manual green husk removal and fruit sorting eliminate deformed, shrunken and rotten walnuts. Full batch traceability ensures quality and food safety at origin.

Walnut kernels go through four procedures: size grading, air gravity decontamination, intelligent color sorting for discolored bad kernels and careful manual picking to remove fragments and deteriorated nuts.
