Lo mein with peanut butter
Ingredients: Thai vermicelli, filet steak (shredded with Taibai powder, salt, cooking wine marinate for 30 minutes), Shiitake mushroom (soaked and shredded), leek (cut into pieces), egg (fried into egg skin and shredded), Thai style peanut powder (add half a cup of water, two tablespoons of oil, one tablespoon of sugar, one tablespoon of soy sauce, one tablespoon of chili powder, cook at low heat for 10 minutes to thick), oyster sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine a little each
Preparation: 1. Put the Thai vermiculla into a pot of boiling water for 3 minutes (a little "Q" is good), remove and rinse cold water, drain and set aside. Heat two tablespoons of oil. Add beef, shiitake mushrooms, oyster sauce, light soy sauce and stir well. Add leek, cooking wine stir-fry a number of times, from the pot.
2. One bag of Thai style peanut powder (add 1/2 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, cook over low heat for 10 minutes until thick).
3. Return the noodles to the wok of fried meat, stir quickly and serve. Top with beef, shredded egg and peanut butter.
